The cadre is decided on your preference and merit, the Board's decision is final, and once given the preference cannot be changed (advertisement point 7). - **Original certificates:** certificates and proof for the details given in the online form (qualification, computer knowledge, age, category, ex-serviceman, SEBC non-creamy layer, EWS, sports, widow and so on) must be shown in original when the Board asks (point 4.15). - **Bonus marks:** the sports bonus is given only to a candidate who has the certificate in the prescribed form from the authority named in the rules. The widow bonus is given only if she has not remarried at the time of appointment. - **Final list:** made from candidates who qualify at DV, on written marks plus bonus marks. On equal marks, the older candidate comes first; if the birth date is also the same, higher marks in Std. 12 (or an equivalent exam recognised by the Gujarat government) decide. **No waiting list** is kept (point 8). - CCTV recordings of every exam classroom are being checked.
