For the SSC-based posts, the advertisement invites only candidates who appeared in these 2024 SSC exams, were not finally recommended for appointment and have opted to disclose their details under DoPT OM No.39020/01/2016-Estt.(B) dated 21 December 2020. You upload your SSC mark sheet (or your GATE qualifying cut-off marks for Architecture) with the form.
Essential qualification and experience for each post (advertisement, para 3):
Qualifications through open or distance learning are considered. Enter your percentage of marks to two decimal places in the form. If your University awards CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI, convert it into a percentage as per the University's conversion norms and bring the University's equivalence certificate to document verification. Percentages are not rounded off (54.99% is less than 55%). The date of the result or mark sheet counts as the date you acquired the qualification, with no relaxation.
Maximum age on the closing date, 13 November 2026 (advertisement, para 5):
The closing date is also the cut-off date for experience and for OBC (creamy layer) status. Upper age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and Ex-Servicemen is as per Government of India rules. Age relaxation for departmental candidates and for Kashmiri migrants applies as per the guidelines in the advertisement. The advertisement gives no year-wise relaxation table.
Upload these with the online form (advertisement, para 7, and the how-to-apply guide):
The portal's Download page has the prescribed formats: SC/ST category certificate, OBC category certificate, EWS certificate, disability certificate and experience certificate. The experience certificate format is to be issued by the competent authority on the employer's letterhead, with the period, designation and nature of duties relating to the post applied for, and a copy of the appointment letter attached.
Other documents go in as PDF, up to 300 KB each. The guide warns that your signature prints on your call letter and that a mismatch with your answer sheet or interview signature cancels your candidature.
13 November 2026. Online registration, submission of the form and fee payment must all be done by then at jobapply.in/itpo2026. The online application opened on 17 October 2026. The advertisement does not print a closing time.
