Credit packs are one-time payments for making AI notes. Here is when we refund them.
This policy covers the credit packs on the Pricing page. Everything else on AIJobAlert.com, including job alerts, notifications, official PDFs, the notes library and the free daily notes, is free and involves no payment.
A credit pack is a one-time payment for a number of credits, valid for the number of days shown on the pack. One credit makes one new set of AI notes from a YouTube video. The credits reach your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is delivered physically, and nothing renews by itself. Our Delivery Policy explains how and when the credits reach your account.
There is nothing to cancel: no card or UPI mandate is saved and no further payment is ever taken. Unused credits simply end when the pack does. Buying another pack before then moves your unused credits to the new pack’s end date.
You can stop using your credits at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. Credits left unused when a pack ends, or when the account is deleted or switched off for breaking our Terms, are not refunded, except in the cases below.
Apart from these cases, a pack whose credits have been used, even partly, is not refundable.
A payment that fails adds no credits and is not charged. If your bank deducted money anyway, it normally returns it on its own within a few working days. If it does not, write to us with the payment ID and we will check it with Cashfree.
Write to support [at] aijobalert.com from the email address you sign in with, and include the payment ID shown on your account page (a long number). We reply within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are made through Cashfree to the same UPI ID, card, bank account or wallet you paid with. Banks usually show the money within 5 to 7 working days. When a pack is refunded, its unused credits are removed.
