One credit makes one new set of AI notes from a YouTube video: the notes, mind map, MCQs, flashcards and PDF of that video. Opening notes that are already in the notes library never uses a credit.

Every job, admit card, result and answer key post and its PDF, email alerts, the whole notes library with its MCQs, mind maps, flashcards and PDFs, and a few new YouTube notes every day with a free Google account. Credits are only for making more notes than the free ones.

Yes. Each day your free notes are used first; a credit is used only after them. A note that fails to generate gives its free note or credit back.

Each pack shows how long it is valid. If you buy another pack before then, your unused credits move to the new pack's end date, so they never run out sooner. Unused credits end with the pack and are not refunded after the refund window.

Sign in with Google, choose a pack and pay in Cashfree's secure payment window with UPI, a debit or credit card, net banking or a wallet. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Cashfree, never to us.

No. A pack is a one-time payment. No card or UPI mandate is saved and nothing renews by itself.

As soon as Cashfree confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Your account page shows your credits, their end date and the payment ID. Nothing is shipped; the Delivery Policy has the details.

Usually the credits arrive within a few minutes, once the bank confirms. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, email us the payment ID (it starts with pay_) from the address you sign in with. We add the credits or refund you in full.

Yes, in full if you were charged twice, if the credits did not arrive within 24 hours, or if you ask within 7 days of paying and have not used any credit from that pack. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.
