Write for Us
We publish practical writing that helps aspirants prepare and decide.
If you have cleared an exam, taught for one, or worked inside a recruitment process, you know things our readers need. We would like to publish that.
What we are looking for
- Preparation strategy grounded in a real attempt — what you actually did, what you would change.
- Exam explainers that make a pattern, a syllabus or a selection process genuinely clear.
- Career guidance on what a post involves day to day, progression, postings and pay structure.
- Subject guides for commonly weak areas, written to be used rather than skimmed.
What we will not publish
- Anything that reads like an advertisement for a coaching institute, app or paid course.
- Guest posts written to place a backlink. Links must earn their place by helping the reader.
- Spun, plagiarised or AI-generated filler. We check, and one instance ends the relationship.
- Anything claiming insider access, guaranteed selection, or leaked papers. This is not negotiable.
- Invented facts. Every date, fee, vacancy figure and eligibility claim must be traceable to an official source.
How to pitch
Send it through our contact form, choosing “Write for us” as the topic, and include:
- A working title and two or three lines on the angle.
- Who it is for — which exam, which stage of preparation.
- A short note on why you are the person to write it.
- A link to something you have written, if you have one.
Please pitch before writing. It saves you from producing something we have already covered, and it lets us shape the angle with you.
Practical details
- Length: typically 900–1,800 words. Long enough to be useful, short enough to be read.
- Byline: published pieces carry your name and a short bio.
- Editing: we edit for clarity, accuracy and house style, and will come back to you if anything needs checking.
- Response time: we reply to pitches we want to run. If you have not heard back in two weeks, take it as a no and please pitch again another time.
