The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) released the result preamble and cut-off marks for the Senior Teacher (Mathematics) Competitive Exam 2025 on 28 October 2026. It is the provisional list of candidates for eligibility checking for the Mathematics posts of the Secondary Education Department, under Advt. No. 07/2025-26. The written exam (Paper I General Knowledge and Paper II Mathematics) was held on 16 July 2026.
1,659 candidates are in the list: 19 for the Scheduled Area and 1,640 for the Non-Scheduled Area (the notice prints each area's total; 1,659 is our sum of the two). They are the candidates who appeared in both papers and got the minimum qualifying marks under the service rules. This is not the final result or a merit list. It is only for document verification.

The notice does not give a mark as the cut-off. For every category it shows ALL or N.A. (one Non-Scheduled Area disability row says "Already Available in Respective Category"), and explains the two codes in its notes:
The advertisement sets the minimum qualifying marks at 40% in each paper, relaxed by 5% for candidates of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes; ex-servicemen and candidates with disabilities get relaxation under the state's rules for them. The codes in the table (GEN., GEN. WE, WD, DV) are printed as they are in the notice: General, General Women, Widow and Divorcee.
| Category | GEN. | GEN. WE | WD | DV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gen. (UR) | ALL | ALL | ALL | ALL |

Where the notice prints one ALL across the GEN. and GEN. WE rows of a category, both columns above show ALL.
In both areas, ex-servicemen (all categories), B/LV (blind or low vision), H.H. (hard of hearing) and the disability sub-category (a) ASD (M), M.I., S.L.D. & (b) Mul. Dis. show N.A. The disability sub-category OA/OL/OAL/CP/LC/SD/SI/DW/AAV shows N.A. in the Scheduled Area and "Already Available in Respective Category" in the Non-Scheduled Area.
RPSC has declared 235 candidates disqualified from this exam, under Note 4 of the result. The reason is the OMR rule in the advertisement: a candidate who has not darkened any of the five circles in more than 10% of the questions is disqualified. Their roll numbers are in the list of disqualified candidates, dated 28 October 2026.
The advertisement also explains the OMR sheet: each question has five options, and a candidate who is not attempting a question must darken circle 5. If none of the five circles is darkened, one third of the marks of that question are deducted.
Advt. No. 07/2025-26 first covered 6,500 posts in 10 subjects, including 1,385 Mathematics posts. The posts were later increased, and the latest Corrigendum No. 13/2026-27 (29 July 2026) gives 9,651 posts in all. For Mathematics it gives 2,076 posts: 1,776 in the Non-Scheduled Area and 300 in the Scheduled Area.

Only candidates of Rajasthan's Scheduled Area can apply for Scheduled Area posts; they may also apply for Non-Scheduled Area posts, giving their order of preference in the online application. Women (including widows and divorcees), disability and ex-servicemen reservations are horizontal, within each category.

The advertisement lists category-wise relaxations and special cases, for example for ex-prisoners who served the Government before conviction and for persons already appointed temporarily in the service. Mathematics is one of the posts RPSC last advertised in 2024, when age was counted on 1 January 2025, so the advertisement gives no additional upper-age relaxation to candidates who are over-age on 1 January 2026 |

AIJobAlert keeps a copy of each RPSC PDF so the link keeps working if the Commission moves a file. Each copy has the same pages and content as the file on rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, with a short AIJobAlert.com source note added.

The minimum qualifying marks are 40% in each paper, 5% less for SC and ST, with relaxation for ex-servicemen and candidates with disabilities under the state's rules.
9 November 2026, until 11:59 pm. The link opens on 3 November 2026. Candidates in the list log in with their SSO ID on the recruitment portal and choose My Recruitment, then Detailed Form Cum Scrutiny, then Apply Now. The advertisement says the link closes by itself after the set period and the candidature of anyone who has not filled the form is cancelled.

Under Note 4 of the result, 235 candidates were disqualified because they did not darken any of the five options in more than 10% of the questions. This is the rule in the advertisement.
The notice says P means provisional. Seven roll numbers in the Non-Scheduled Area list carry it.
The latest corrigendum (No. 13/2026-27, 29 July 2026) gives 2,076 Mathematics posts: 1,776 in the Non-Scheduled Area, including 4 Sahariya posts, and 300 in the Scheduled Area. The advertisement first had 1,385.
There are two papers, 500 marks in all: Paper I (General Knowledge) of 200 marks with 100 questions in 2 hours, and Paper II (subject) of 300 marks with 150 questions in 2 hours 30 minutes. One third of the marks is deducted for each wrong answer.
