The notice does not give a mark as the cut-off. For every category it shows either ALL or N.A., and explains both in its notes:
The advertisement sets the minimum qualifying marks at 40% in each paper, relaxed by 5% for candidates of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The codes in the table (GEN., GEN. WE, WD, DV) are printed as they are in the notice.

RPSC has declared 270 candidates disqualified from this exam, under Note 4 of the result. The reason is the OMR rule in the advertisement: a candidate who has not darkened any of the five circles in more than 10% of the questions is disqualified. The roll numbers are in a separate list of disqualified candidates (PDF).
Two more cases are noted in the result. The result of one candidate is withheld for administrative reasons. The results of three petitioner candidates are kept in a sealed cover because their case is before the court.
The advertisement also explains the OMR sheet: each question has five options, and a candidate who is not attempting a question must darken circle 5. If none of the five circles is darkened, one third of the marks of that question are deducted.
Advt. No. 07/2025-26 first covered 6,500 posts in 10 subjects. The posts were later increased, and the latest Corrigendum No. 13/2026-27 (29 July 2026) gives 9,651 posts in all. For Science it gives 2,031 posts: 1,740 in the Non-Scheduled Area (including 4 Sahariya posts) and 291 in the Scheduled Area.
