GPSC uses one syllabus for two Industries and Mines Department posts: Geologist, Class-1 (Advt. 25/2026-27) and Assistant Geologist, Class-2 (Advt. 26/2026-27). GPSC’s schedule dated 4 July 2026 shows 4 Geologist posts and 9 Assistant Geologist posts.
Part-1 (General Studies) was held on 9 August 2026 as part of GPSC’s common GS paper. The Part-2 subject paper is on 4 October 2026 in OMR mode. Call letters were available from 24 September 2026 on GPSC OJAS.
