DSSSB has released Advertisement No. 04/2026 (dated 30 September 2026) for 641 posts in the Delhi District Courts: Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA), Process Server and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon. The posts are in the District & Sessions Courts and the Family Courts.

Shortlisted candidates upload documents when DSSSB calls for the e-dossier; missing the window ends your candidature. Post/court preferences are taken by the Delhi District Courts at the interview and cannot be changed later.

Click "Click for New Registration" and finish within the 30-minute session. Use an email ID and mobile number not already registered on OARS. Name, gender and father's name cannot be edited later. Enter only the digits of your Class 10 roll number, without leading zeros. Skip this if you already have a DSSSB registration: make only one.

Upload photo and signature
Recent, clear colour photo with a plain white or off-white background, full face, front view, eyes open. A blurred photo or signature gets the form rejected.
Pay ₹100 through SBI e-pay
Only if you are not exempt. No other payment mode is accepted, and the fee is not refunded.
Vacancies by post, court and category, as printed in the advertisement (including backlog). PwBD and ESM (Ex-Servicemen) seats are counted inside the category figures, not added on top. DSSSB says these vacancies are tentative and can go up or down.

There is a separate exam for each post code. DSSSB conducts the written (MCQ and descriptive) and the shorthand/typing tests. The Delhi District Courts conduct the driving test and the interview and prepare the final merit list. These rules apply to all post codes:

If scores need normalising across shifts, DSSSB uses its formula from the notice dated 11.07.2018 (Annexure-II of the advertisement). Draft answer keys are put on the DSSSB website after the computer-based exam, and objections are accepted online only, within the time DSSSB gives. There is no re-evaluation of answer sheets.

An OBC certificate issued outside Delhi counts only when the community is notified as OBC by the Delhi Government and the certificate was issued on the basis of a Delhi Government OBC certificate of the candidate's father, sibling or real uncle (paternal side) who was living in Delhi before 8 September 1993. Other OBC candidates from outside Delhi are treated as UR and must apply under UR.
