Educational qualification post પ્રમાણે અલગ છે.
કેટલાક Marine અને Engineering related posts માટે B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering અથવા Marine Engineering જરૂરી છે.
બીજા posts માટે Architecture, Hotel Management, Horticulture, Postgraduate Degree, PhD અથવા relevant professional qualification જરૂરી હોઈ શકે છે.
