The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have published Centralised Employment Notice CEN 05/2026 for 590 paramedical posts across Indian Railways. The biggest openings are Nursing Superintendent (365) and Pharmacist (118).
The online form is open from 15 September to 14 October 2026 (11:59 PM). You can apply to only one RRB. Selection is through a single computer-based test followed by document verification and a medical exam.

Single-stage CBT
100 questions, 90 minutes (120 minutes for scribe-eligible PwBD); 1/3 negative marking.

Pick your RRB and give preferences for posts and railway zones in that RRB.
Fill the form and capture a live photo
Upload the documents listed in the CEN.
Pay the fee by 16 October 2026
₹500 or ₹250 depending on category; most of it is refunded after you appear in the CBT.
Submit by 14 October 2026, 11:59 PM
You can still edit (except account details and chosen RRB) from 17 to 26 October for ₹250 per change.
